The Duanwu Festival, also known as Dragon Boat Festival, 

is a very traditional Chinese holiday. 

A notable part of celebrating Duanwu is making and eating zongzi, which is a type of rice dumpling. stuffed with meat, salted egg yolk, honey date, red beans, etc.
