1.Age Range Think about what age group you are working with. Different age group have different skill sets and limitations.
2. Expected capacity: How many children (or adults) will your playground need to hold? We can help you consider ways to improve capacity or spread the children out to more play events.
3. Ancillary facilities required: Remember to think of things like party rooms, café area, vending area, rest area, etc.

Warranty Statement
Liben Group Corporation warrants its products to the original customer to be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. Liben indoor play centers are designed and manufactured to high quality standards. If properly used, monitored and well-maintained, they will provide years of fun experience for our customers. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

1.What is the estimated project timeline?
Choosing a pre-designed structure from our website or catalog is the quickest way to get your system
delivered, but we also offer designs created just for you. Custom designs will add to the timeline, as
they will need to be designed and rendered according to your specifications. After your order is placed,
your equipment should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
2.What if I find damaged parts after delivery?
Some damaged parts may be found at the time of installation as each part is attached to the system.
If a damaged part is discovered during installation, contact your representative as soon as possible.
Keep the packaging and paperwork for that item until the issue is resolved.
3.How much do your playgrounds cost?
Playground pricing depends on many factors including the size of your space and the specific products
you choose. We can design a playground for almost any budget. If cost is an issue, it is a good idea
to look at freestanding items to add play value at less cost than a full play system.
4.Can you help with maintenance?
We have a dedicated Customer Service department that will help you find and order any replacement
parts needed, whether you are still under warranty or not.
