Warranty Statement

Liben Group Corporation warrants the used outdoor playground equipment to be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. Liben used outdoor playground equipment, if properly used, monitored and well-maintained, will provide years of fun experience for our customers. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated.  Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

1.Are your playgrounds meet US and EU standard?
Our playgrounds got full sets of certificates, and it meet ASTM standard and EN1176  Standard, below is the text picture for our playground.

2.How can I check the quality of your playground without going to your factory?

Our playground project is all over the world, please let me know which country and which area are you in, I will let you know our nearest project to you, so you can check quality in person, also we attend lots of trade fairs in many countries, such as America, Germany, Dubai, Netherland etc,  and will take our playground samples to the fair, you can attend the nearest fair to you and check our playground in person.

3. I am afraid of buying playground oversea, cause I am afraid of missing parts, how do your company deal with that problem?

a.When our customer place order, we will have a list of all the parts included in the playground, and make shipping marks according to total pieces of parts, and paste the mark for each parts when we load the playground, if still have shipping marks left means there's some parts didn't load, and we will find it out and load it and then there's no parts missed.

b.fasteners of the playground is most easy to miss, so we will pay more attention to them, check them one by one with the parts list, and put them in our standard bags.

c.we have a professional delivery person keep watch on goods when we load the goods, and mostly importantly, we take video of all the loading progress，if find any missed parts when customers received the goods, we will send the video to our customer, if find we indeed didn't load the missed parts, we will take responsibility for it.
